📌 Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
Wrong size delivered
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective item
Exchange Conditions:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Customer must provide order number and clear pictures (if damaged)
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in case of:
Product out of stock after payment
Non-delivery due to our logistics issue
Approved damaged/defective item (if exchange not possible)
Important:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind
Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund processing time:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
